A Wet Spring & 2009 Legislative Session
Mid-March Update: We will have full basins and happy waterfowl this spring. The North Dakota Legislature is meeting right now and have passed a bill to allow nonresident hunters the ability to choose three five-day segments of their upland and waterfowl licenses rather than two periods of seven days each, as had previously been the case. Although passed, the bill has not yet been finalized; details later as they become available. Another bill which would have allowed a season-long non-resident upland license passed the Senate but failed in the House. No changes to the waterfowl season or framework have been proposed. Check back for more updates later. We are now accepting bookings for the 2009 season (see Rates page).
